We're firm believers in stories. Stories connect us as individuals, and as a society. Stories can also move us to fall in love with a brand or a product. It’s like the back of a menu, where sometimes the life story or defining moment that inspired someone to open a restaurant, i.e., “the story of Mama’s secret family recipe” connects you, emotionally- to the food, the staff, or the physical space.

Outlet Shop, or OS for short, was created to bring together unique and beautiful goods, and the stories behind them, made by trained artisans from around the world- and some right here in Minnesota, where we at OS call home.

In a world filled with distractions aiming to create divides among us, it can be challenging to recognize and appreciate our shared experiences - the beautiful threads that unite us and reflect our true essence. Stories play a crucial role in enlightening us and unveiling the reasons behind individuals' actions. They hold the power to provide insight not only into people's lives but also into the essence of products and brands.

It's for that reason, we created an outlet to serve as a meeting ground for products, individuals, and narratives. It's a space where diverse stories intertwine, where people and their creations find a common voice.
